And More!

Consultation & Evaluation

We will initially start with an over-the-phone consultation with a parent or primary caregiver. We will then have an experienced board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) see and evaluate your child. Our intake process includes two evalutations!

In-Home & Center Based ABA

We work with children diagnosed with Autism or ASD from ages 15 months to 21 years old. Using a combination of DTT (Discrete Trial Training) in our ABA centers and NET (Natural Environment Training) within the home, we decrease problem behaviors and increase important life skills essential for independent living. We continue to work with them until we are sure that the skill has been mastered.

ABA Parenting Training in Virginia

Parental Involvement

Parents play an essential and critical role in the child’s treatment plan because no one knows the child better than the parent; they provide critical and insightful information that will help guide the ABA therapists.

Frequently Asked Questions

What insurance do you accept?

We accept all major insurances including Medicaid (we do not currently accept Kaiser Permanente or Tricare)

How long will each session last?

We like to make sure that services are conducive to the child’s needs as well as their health.  We do not want to overload a child.  We build the schedules around the family’s availability. All sessions are typically a minimum of two hours to ensure that the child will benefit from the session.

Do I need to be present for the session?

We require that someone over the age of 18 other than the client be present in the household during all sessions.  This person does not need to participate in the session unless it is a Parent Training session, but is always welcome to participate if they would like.

Do you offer telehealth services for clients?

Do you have a waitlist?

We currently have a waitlist for all of our locations, but it is free to get on the waitlist, and only takes a couple of minutes of your time.
